@ Chiragbhai- Thanks for your inputs. I will try the Facebook and twitter thing. I haven't dont it yet. However, 2 days back I already raised a complaint on PG Portal but as per my understanding PG portal takes long time for getting a solution sometimes more then a month. In the past I have used PG portal multiple times, and everytime the problem has been resolved through pgportal so that is the last hope as of now. @Rajanbhai - Thanks for your inputs. I knew about the signature thing but my phone has signature disabled. I have tried to generate request both from by Galaxy S3 and old Nokia E71 and I receive the same reply. One other strange thing is when I send SMS like MYPLAN to 55444, I get a revert saying "Dear User, Your request could not be processed as you ared not a valid user". This leads me to think there might be some Technical error in the Reliance system for my number and that might be creating the entire problem. Everything else seems to be OK.

Need Help: Generating Porting Code on Reliance GSM Fellow Members, I am trying to get a UPC code generated for my RGSM Gujarat Circle number 9033003322 as I want to port out to Vodafone due to worst services and network of Reliance GSM in Gujarat Circle. On Sept 5, I sent a message to 1900 for generation of Port Code. However, the reply I received was "Dear Customer, Your request could not be processed. Pls. try After Sometime. Thank you." I have sent almost 30 messages between Sep 5 and Sep 16 for generating the UPC Code and everytime got the same response. The UPC code has not been generated in Reliance system as well. I have lodged atleast 3 complaints in the matter. The first Two complaints with 198 helpline on Sep 5 and Sep 8 with max 48 Hrs timeline. Each of them have been closed with status resolved but problem is still the same. Finally, I called up the Apellate Authority and Lodged my complaint with them on Sep 10 16:54Hrs and was told that you will receive the solution within Max 4 days time. Its 17th today and the complaint is still under Resolution status and there is no update from the Apellate Office. Everytime I call them, they say that we are dropping a mail to take this matter on priority but no resolution so far.Webworld guys say they cannot take up any new complaints as the old one is in the solving status. I am not sure what to do right now and fear that I would have to loose my number if I want to move out of Reliance. If anybody has any idea about what can be done to solve this problem and generate the UPC code, can you please help/guide me. Thanks, Varun

Finally, I received all my Three parcels today through ppobox. They were on hold in there NY Hub since July 11th. So I believe now they have started shipping out the parcels. I have been in touch with Mr. Ghoshal only to know that the parcels would be shipped soon without any tentative time frame. Hi Friends, Please suggest a CDMA Handset for my Dad to use on Reliance. My Budget is max 8-9k and the Primary requirement is Unlimited Contacts and Good Battery Backup. Data working on it is preferable. He was using a BB 8130 till now but that went Dead yesterday. I am confused whether to go for another Blackberry or an Android Handset. Vijaybhai, Sad to know about the feedback of Brother DCP-7065DN. Unfortunately I also bought the same model from Local dealer in Ahmedabad for Rs.12250. He suggested me either Hp or Brother but in HP, Duplex option was not available in the same range and hence went with this model. The dealer is known to me and he told me that he has sold few of this model of Brother and there are no issues faced in them yet. Keeping my Fingers crossed.
