i will tell u 1> menu---profiles--general (set it) 2>again menu--profiles-general--options--edit--messagealert(6key)-- alert type ----ring**** (dont take beep) alerttone --set a good tone set ur ringer volume some what high send a sms to ur phone u can now surely hear the alert sound
