Ring tones 16 - chord polyphonic ring tones, much melodious. much better than LG Phones. the ring tones are MIDI and nokia’s property tones. Rworld Only Text Based Application Support Built-In Calling Card Facility What most people dont know, is that this has a built-in calling card facility , very useful for those prepaid users who use the Reliance India Calling card. (Those prepaid users who don’t, please start using it! you can make calls really cheap from the card).To use a calling card, we have to append *375 to the number. That means most of us either store the number as *375 (then we cant use it for SMS) or store the numbers separately twice (one with *375 and one without). (It is not confirm, this number may be *390.)But in this handset, you can just hold the call button for 2 secs and the words "card call" is automatically displayed on the screen and it uses your Calling Card to call instead of your normal Prepaid Account. Rconnect I read somewhere in the RIMWEB that it has great RConnect feature with a very fast speed by use of Drawbacks It has one drawback: everytime you make a call it will show the place you are in on the screen! you will have to select ’’Exit’’ (the top right button) every time to access the functions like mute, loudspeaker etc. This is a minor irritant. And also doesn't support R World Video and Audio Application. So Aaj Tak or NDTV or Other video clips not displayed there. But it may not a great a problem of a simple user. I want some help related to scandisk. Is there anyway to run scandisk, without Exit option. I means when system reboots due to some power failure, scandisk run. But user has option to exit it. The R Connect dialer does not recognize your Reliance IndiaMobile or 2. The dialer says it is trying to connect but the phone doesn’t indicate that it is trying to place a call Possible Diagnoses Your phone is not communicating properly with your computer. Possible Solutions Without disconnecting the data cable, turn your phone off, then back on again. Sometimes, devices take a few seconds to get recognized by the operating system. Please wait for 20-30 seconds before dialing again. Possible Diagnoses Your phone is not turned on. Possible Solutions Turn on your phone. Check if the battery is charged or if the handset is in charging mode. Possible Diagnoses The cable from the phone to the computer is not correctly connected. Possible Solutions Check both ends of the cable for proper connections. Possible Diagnoses Your data cable is damaged. Possible Solutions Check the pins (metal contacts) on either end of the cable. If any pins appear bent or out of line, you may require a new cable. Try it with other computer. Possible Diagnoses Other software is using the COM port. You cannot receive incoming voice calls after or during RConnect Possible Diagnoses Your Reliance Phone has been set up to receive data or fax calls only. This can be verified if your phone’s display says "Data Only" or "Fax Only" on the main screen. Possible Solution Refer to your handset user manual to change the settings to receive voice and data calls. Possible Diagnoses You cannot receive voice calls when the data call is in "Active" mode Possible Solution Wait for the phone to go into "Dormant" mode. Are you try R Connect default driver which provide by Reliance. Becuase i think there is no need for any other driver. You can use R Connect driver for Windows. For more information visit http://www.relianceinfo.com. After this please provide your query if you have any. Regarding prolific driver if you required after this. Sorry but i cannot help you in this regards. Take a cable from some shop with some days changeable guarantee for some days. The local dealer may provide this, because in this time period we can check that cable. One thing is quite right for USB connection that it has more problem then serial connection if some minor thing goes wrong. Thanks and Take Care! Try this First, try testing the modem's ability to detect dial tone and to dial by using HyperTerminal with the direct to COM port connect method. You can purchase new local USB cable with some warranty from any local dealer. Warranty means you can interchange cable to next one if there is some problem is arise. I will not support for USB cable from RWW. Local cable may cost you about 200 only. After that try to install the R Connect again. If you did not want to purchase for a new cable, OK, we can try on this cable also but chances of success are very low. You can also go for a serial cable as describe by Dheeraj, but it will decrease some speed. Choice depends on You. Thanks and Take Care!

I have been using LG RD5130 for almost a year now on my Toshiba laptop using an original LG-make USB cable integrated with Serial-USB Converter model LG-USBC1000-X with no major problems. There is no need to change your cable as you say it was working great. Try to install your old cable again with LG RD 5130. Before installation, deletes and uninstall all modem drivers, dial up connection and also restart you computer. Now install your old cable again. Check the connection. if you did not get connected, Please note the message you got there. It may be you first need to install driver for USB to serial convertor. You can search these drivers at RIMWEB. Currently i do not remember any link related to this driver. Hyd Ladka may help to find these prolofic driver. Hyd Ladka please help him to find that driver. Try to install the R Connect again by the help of this driver. Keep posting for more, and share your exp. Thanks and Take Care!

Call reliance customer care and ask what services are activate on your number. Not told him that you have requested for termination of service. Regarding Uninstallation we are not quite clear because we do not know what real process you used for installation and also what change you do after installation. Regarding Installation problem, Some time its happen, when you try to install two other driver on same port. You may try to install the software some other ports.
