Error 691: Access was denied because the user name and/or password was invalid on the Domain. If u are getting this error. It can be possible due to two reason. 1. It may be some type software malfunction. Solution: try to reinstall ur r connect software. 2. It may be problem in reliance side server. Solution: it may be possible that your account in reliance server is deactivated due to some technical problem. Make a complain to *333 with the Error number and always take complain number. Called "Echo Phenomenon," it occurs if connection volume is too high or caused by special properties (semielectronic telephone exchange) of the machine on the other end.
