  3. ^ Reliance World is always COCO (company owned and operated) and RMS formerly known as Web Express are COFO (franchisee operated). In fact many RMS across the country have put their shutters down due to their decreasing profit. But it doesn't mean that Reliance is going to shut down any of their business (cdma or gsm) in any circle. The RMS who are determined to shut their stores always misguide customers intentionally due to their personal obligations.   16. There is nothing wrong on the website. All the denominations discussed above are valid and do have the described benefits. And for your information topups, sms packs and gprs packs are recharged with complete different codes for example topup is done by "er", sms pack by "sms" and gprs pack by "m".     Very simple if 3G or 3.5g is written beside your network bar after selecting UMTS/HSPA preffered mode in your handset it means you are in 3G coverage of the operator. If E shows you are in 2G coverage.

    For post paid MDNs video calling is preactivated but activation is required in prepaid numbers. Video calling can be done directly also and reliance has introduced very good plans for video calling in postpaid. Unlimited local onnet video calling @ Rs 99/- & unlimited std onnet video calling @ Rs 199/- both the plans will be charged over base voice plans. @VA- Videocalling facility is provided by reliance right from the launching of 3G.

    Hi, I have purchased a new Sprint HTC Touch Pro, loaded with Mighty Rom. I am having some problem with network signal. The signal is never constant, it is fluctuating very often and everywhere resulting in call dropping and less battery backup. Can anybody help me to solve this issue.
