Here in my lan we get speeds upto 10MBps........... 10.83 MBps is my personal record

10.83MBps? which means 10 Mega Bytes per second which makes 86.64mbps whereas the maximum speed for the lan card is 100mbps. And as per to my knowledge what Americans are getting in their homes are T1 lines which is much faster, which is actually 1.5mbps broadband line.
To advice for a recheck, dont go for these statistics which you are showing in your screen shots.
