Folks,
I purchased an Avon Ezsurf USB data cable for LG 2030 from a REliance web world in Bangalore. They told me it will work for 2130 as well. True to their words it installed properly on my Win2000+SP3 Dell laptop and worked fine in the first go, but the next time when I started RConnect dialer it would not get any response from Phone. I figured out that the USB device was displayed as "unknown device", and there was no driver. As usual I tried to re-install the driver from the RConnect CD, but it would always point to some c:\winnt\inf\usb.inf and give some error in loading drivers.
Now, I am not able to connect even my USB mouse on the same USB port. My sys-admin did the whole debugging but to no avail. Now, the only option left is to re-install my operating system.
Anyone faced with such a situation earlier, please help. Would appreciate a quick help on this.
