  8. Hi guys... Today I saw email from Reliance regarding activation of ebill... As per attachment, it shows that sent via some other domain i.e. myvzw.com.. Whois records for www.myvzw.com show that this domain belongs to Verizon.. Does this mean that there is some connection between Verizon & Reliance?? Or Reliance is using CRM software provided by Verizon??? Any other comments???

  10. there s no escape. Its pure luck. I had in total got six parcels from usa through sns out of which three items were less than 200$ but still I had to pay custom duty on 2 items in cash at the time of delivery. In fact in one case invoice was really under valued to 40$ viz actual invoice of 120$. Even then they assessed it as they wished and I had to post duty. So, finally customs is totally luck game.though in my case max duty I paid was around 350 inr for a mobile worth 260$. Sent from my SCH-I500 using Tapatalk

    Go ahead... you wont regret... Though its just 2 hrs I have flashed, but issues if any they are easily noticed, if present. I dont find any of issues upfront. One more point to note is I DONT use this number for voice but only EVDO so cant comment on that front.

    Finally updated my Fascinate to GB-EH09 based Rom posted Here So far its working very fine since last two days, without any missed calls or so. Better in terms of Signal Strength, Battery and Speed as compared to ED05. Just now updated with above rom... Will post my experience... Initial observations:- 1. I was using ED05. Just flashed this (PowerWashed EH09 beta3 with EC09 modem, 09-01) http://www.mediafire...c37loxth85zn2ti md5 as well as pit file thru ODIN in downloading mode. 2. Installed this recovery (CWM 2.5.1.x) (any CWM recovery with Edify support will do): http://www.mediafire...6x5utoca59et7o9 3. Installed this ZIP http://www.mediafire...bm220f3335xv6mf in recovery mode. Thats it till now... Edit.. None of my programming was disturbed. I could call, sms as well as use EVDO immediately after flash. Though I had safely written my MIN & saved DUMP file in case required. I would also suggest all keedas like me her to PLEASE store MIN as well as DUMP file for future. Regarding review, its nice till now. I am noticing some battery improvement. Will post more along with my installed apps.

  16. Hello all.. Below attached screenshot is copy of my log of Netgear Router WGR614. As we can see, some random IPs are accessing my PC on LAN (ip : 177.177.15.110). When I checked those IPs they were located in random locations like Karachi, Ukraine, UK, etc. I want to know what are they doing on my network & how do I stop them. Also, is it because utorrent was started on my PC?? Thought at that time I was not downloading or seeding. Pls guide me what should I do... I am not using any firewall software & Windows firewall is activated (Using Win7). For antivirus, I use AVG Free & I am very safe surfer. I dont open any suspicious links.

    Thanks for inputs... Based on those & some more digging I have found below observations.. 1. In Utorrent, Port used for incoming connections was mentioned as 63507 & Enable UPnP port mapping was selected. 2. In router in upnp status, it was showing as below.. 3. When I clicked this link http://www.speedguid...507&tcp=1&udp=1 given by csmart, both TCP & UDP shown as filtered when utorrent was not running. I started utorrent & then refreshed, then for TCP it showed as open. Finally, it is concluded that those were intruders bcoz of utorrent. Now I want o ask if 1. I should disable upnp port mapping n will it make any difference in utorrent downloading performance? 2. I should disable upnp in my router itself? 3. I have option to use random port in utorrent. Should I use that? Thanks in advance.

  19. Use Keyboard Leds software with any keyboard.. any problem to use this software call me. even I m using same software n quite happy. Also led on wireless keyboard will eat battery. Go for logitech model I think it's mk320 available around 1300 quite value for money n use keyboard led software. Best.

  24. WRT Dell Venue, was planning to order for friend but had some questions in mind.. 1. Since the one in this post is locked to AT&T, how can I unlock?? 2. Will it work on 3g in India since it is AT&T version? Otherwise, seems very good deal for this price.. There are 3 different prices.. 1st is Rajanbhais calculation 12655/- 2nd is direct ebay.com 303$ (13938/-) & 3rd is ebay global @ 14803/- less 700/- discount coupon. Planning to buy thru geb as it gives protection. I have even registered for SNS a/c but am hesitant to experiment with this one. Will try some low value order 1st n then try SNS. Finally received the delivery of DELL VENUE thru SNS suggested by RM. Final cost : 11800/-+1074/-+1300/- = 14150/-. (Paid cash on delivery Rs. 1074/- to ARAMEX as 914 for shipping & 160 for customs & 1300/- for unlocking since this one is locked to AT&T) Phone was properly packed in original box, brand new with all addons & 1 AT&T Sim card thought I didnt try much on that part. Still waiting for Unlock code. Apart from that, also received this Uniden D3280-2 from US thru SNS a/c. Paid just 1253/- as shipping & no customs as they brought it as gift since value was below 200$ but they dont commit on this part & if customs is charges they will ask for it. Both the stuff came thru separate consignment nos. & took a week's time to deliver from NY to Jalgaon. Overall a good experience but personally I feel if product is available on ebay geb & we have any active coupon for 500-1000 Rs off coupon, it should be preferred over SNS. On the way is Imation 16GB SSD which I won in auction for 20$ + shipping 8$. Actually I mis bid it thinking it is 64gb. Let me know if anyone is interested to buy it for approx 2300/-. Price can vary if there is any change as I have considered shipping from NY to India on higher side. Also, if interested person can inform me before hand, I can arrange to deliver it directly to him thru ARAMEX & save shipping cost on 1 leg.
