1. I subscribed to a new GSM number on 27-Jan-2010 2. I started using rcomnet GPRS (Others will not work on my mobile, or will only work limited to browser) 3. Reliance slapped Rs.1500 in 2 days of moderate use 4. blocked all my services, even calling or receiving calls 5. I activated GPRS unlimited 299 pack on 2-Feb-2010 6. sevice assurance cell sent me an email confirming that I can use rcomnet to enjoy unlimited 299 pack 7. I started using rcomnet and reliance again slapped Rs.2400/- on my account for browsing on mobile, stopped all my services. I am struggling to get service from reliance Nodal officer simply plays DUMB, DEAF and BLIND. I am thinking of filing a case in consumer court unless I get an alternate way for reliance nodal officer to listen to my issue and resolve it. Can anyone help here?
