i face a little different problem, while making o/g calls... When i disconnect a call n immediately dial another call i get a msg "ur a/c is in use, pl contact customer service if u haven't authorised a duplicate a/c." n it gets disconnected. I Don't expect such bug from Ril.

i blv it dsnt hv 3.5 jack, bt nt 100% sure. Pricing is too high as compared to it's Gsm version (cookie pep) wch costs 6k.

Hi Guys I am not sure if such thing exists, but many of ya'll might be technically more sound to answer my doubt.. I would like to know if there is any USB modem in which any GSM card can be plugged in to access GPRS through PC? Open market USB modem? Does MTS has same data charges in roaming? If i buy a modem in pune / m'bai & take it to say Rajasthan, will the existing plan work w/o much difference? If it doesn't, say can we load a plan of the new circle to the existing card? or a complete new card / number is required

hi Anurag, yes agreed there r many phones which can b used as modem. but modem should b much cheaper than a cell phone. As u see i specifically need it only 4 net connect. Thanks 4 the suggestion.

wow.. this is amazing. :clap: :Sorprendido: even m using docomo for gprs, although a different plan - but the speed seems to be awesome. will shift on this plan asap, hope to get the same speed on it.. will post the review on speed soon..

i just happened to know that samsung hero has been discontinued by tata. Is this true? If yes then whats the next best option? (although m not planning to buy 1, but just for ma knowledge).
