The same logic holds for tata also.but quite contrary to this tata accepts foreign handsets on it's network.they are also losing profit in the process.then why are they acting differently from reliance?

Till date many people using opera mini without a data plan must have received their bills.but nobody has posted here about the charges.from this one can safely imply that use of opera mini even without a data plan is free.otherwise at least some people must have reported here about the quantum charges they have been subjected to.still wait and watch for our own bills.mine is due on tomorrow.i shall revert back with the details.

That's a very good point.if a cdma phone is RUIM based then it can work on reliance without any problem.even many members here are still using Htc 6700 which has been RUIM enabled without any issue.here no question of eso has arised so far.then why are the reliance people barring non RUIM phones is really mysterious.even,if some techie somehow converts now a touch diamond or for that matter any other cdma non UIM phone to aUIM based,then,i think,it will work here without any problem.it is high time that reliance people should know this.other operators in cdma sector coming soon.if reliance doesn't wake up now and realise the offer of people they will surely migrate to other networks..

That's a downgrade.in the initial plan one could use the free minutes as one wished.there was no car on either local or std calls made within the 444 minutes.now there is a car.here tata offers a similar plan,where 350 rupees of ut is given for both local and std for a rootck of Rs350 and the call charges are also good.50 p for all local and Rs1 for all ste.

Asit bhai the first one is true.but unlimited tt from cdma to gsm reliance has been discontinued since long.for cdma reliance users gsm is off net all the times whereas for gsm IT'S on net for those four days only.for the rest of the week it is off net.

That means we are going to see more and more bb in cdma also.

I think there must be some technical difficulty in launching post paid service along with the pre paid one.other service providers have also done so in the past,except reliance cdma perhaps,which started with post paid.the back end services like billing should take more time to setup.

I think it will not be possible for a new entrant to focus on the rural areas from the out set,as it will require huge investment.they may spread their wings there after covering the metros,cities,towns etc.reliance's coverage is not as wife spread as bsnl or airtel.but it is far better than that of tata.That's why the user base of tata is not so healthy.this is the picture of ORISSA.i am not aware of other states though.

Of course the way people vented their anger is wrong.but it is a matter of spect concern for all indians.KASHMIR is an integral part of india and there should be no doubt about it.if nokia has misrepresented it,IT'S a grave fault.they must correct it without delay.definitely such mistakes fuel anger among people.they are here to do business.they have got no right to misrepresent facts.they should apologise and rectify the mistake.
