Once the web world people duped of and sold me a GITRAN handset.it crashed very soon and they have me 2 replacements within 6 months.but it was of no avail as the warranty expired.so i was searching for any servicing center in ORISSA as the ww people didn't know whether it was there in ORISSA or not and google atlast have me the link to this forum.i had no prior experience of any forum.so for some days i just drowsed through all topics to get a hang of IT.soon i started to like it and got myself registered.then one day suddenly i realised that i have fallen in LOVE with RIM WEB.it was my wife,who pointed out to me.i also felt that whenever i get time i open this forum and this irks her.any way i shall always remain grateful to this forum and IT'S members for all the help i have got.being related to financial and insurance products marketing i never bothered to know anything about forums and such things.now i realise i have learnt many many things regarding various topics after joining here.i shall never forget to visit this forum daily till i live.

@ Hetal bhai as this matter concerns to a large no of people and also according to law, reliance and tata are supposed to allow foreign handsets to be activeted on their respective networks,one can start a P.I. In the supreme court.so why not do itwe can drop post cards to the CJ of india describing the unlawfulness of this practice.is it possible? .

@Hetal somewhere i have read that if an overblocking option is built into the rom the processor prefer up,say a 400Mhz processor works like a 524Mhz processor.so he you can incorporate that overblocking option in your later rom perhaps everything wall speed up. P.S. I don't know what overblocking is.

@vijusum the mobile numbering codes are not city specific,rather they are state or circle specific.every operator has got a unique 3 eight code for each and every circle where they operate which reflects in the nos belonging to that circle only.those 3 digits are the 3rd,4th and 5th digits from left of the numbere.g. 93xxx.it also changes once it hour filled up.That's why there are many series of numbers for every operators in every circles.
