  1. tried that as well, but that still doesnt work

Hi All, pleaSe help me, whenever i am plugging the ZTE modem into my vista, i get the blue screen of death, have to start it with safe mode and then again restart it in normal mode. then only it works. i have uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers as well, but the problem remains the same. can anyone help
