I am using LG KP500 (LG Cookie), RGSM GPRS/EDGE services just S**ks here in AP. Frequent “Connection failed” mesg annoys you to use RGSM GPRS service., More over RGSM GPRS services with APN is not working with any application like Opera Mini, Bolt Browser. When i called Customer Care PPl, they said that RGSM GPRS service work only with Inbuilt Browser. It wont work with Opera Mini kind of 3rd Paty Browsers., Pls discuss about this issue.,

RGSM person spoke to me from Corporate Head office & but the away they responded i'm really not satisfied., Sure i ll make this a big issue & let them learn a lesson how to deal will customer., U ring to Vodafone or any CC, they ll attend the Customers call in seconds., But in RGSM everything just s**ks. :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( , Somehow i managed to set my GPRS settings in RGSM, but the speed is like u r surfing from some othe planet. Vodafone GPRS speed is really mind blowing wen u compare it with RGSM's GPRS. Moreover if i use RGSM GPRS, only my internal browser works. Opera Mini & other browsers ll not.,

I am really frustrated by CC response. CC ppl responding like a uneducated idiots. I wrote to Ministry of PublicGrievances. Sure i ll pull up their collars because of poor CC Servicers. I too was Vodafone customer, go terms of GPRS services they are far better than reliance execept in tariff.
