Hi Sumit, So if I update my Rom to Sprint 2.1 what do I need to do to restore/update my data connection settings? I am on a Reliance Hero originally from Saddik (who preconfigured it). Are there any other ramifications? Pls guide. @ Arun, can you pls give us some detailed feedback on how ROM 2.1 feels? Unfortunately all the Rim Gurus seem to have upgraded from the Hero so can't ask them. Thanks !!

Here is a video guide of the leaked official 2.1 update being done on Hero. Looks simple enough. http://www.eurodroid.com/2010/05/video-android-2-1-on-the-htc-hero/ Would it be ok for us Reliance activated guys to do the exact same process? If the phone Hasn't been rooted & is on stock ROM (like how Sadikk often gives the device), would there be a chance of something getting messed up? If not then its a great option for anyone who doesn't want to root their device. Opinions?
