i had purchased samsung n-191 under dapo offer. it is 2.5 yrs old and presnely totally down. it worked for 2days after showing to service centre and aain down. (1)is the guarantee for 3 year for dapo offer? (2) is pc-sync s/w avaialable to download my phonebook to my pc. i have datacable purchased for r-connect? willappreciate early reply. << please do not use BLOCK letters while posting, post edited >>
