I HAVE GTRAN GCP 4020 WHICH DOES NOT WORK WITH R CONNECT. I HAVE INSTALLED THE SOFTWARE ON SERVERAL PC/OS. THE MOMEMNT I PUT USER ID AND PASSWORD AND SAY CONNECT, THE PC EITHER HANG UP OR RESTART WITHOUT AND WARNING MESSAGE. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME.

I have bought a new pc with the high configuration. I have tried the G-Trans 4020 handsed with windows 2000 and XP also but it is not working at all. After installation of the R-Connect Software when you click on dialer and put user id and password, and click on connect button, my machin eigther get restart or hang up immediately without any woring sign or messages. Please Help me. :'( Please someone, give me the solution for this....
