Jio is a kind of new love which can make us to move on from true love of RCDMA and can heal from betrayal and fake promises of Pseudo Reliance 4G.

i already tried that but its not working getting error msg "your request could not be processed, please try again later."

It means they are updating their database. It should start working after 3-4 days. Then you can check your data balance even by dialing *111*1*3#.

However, your 1 gb initial data balance must be in your account.  If it is not working, re-enable roaming from your sim tool kit and restart your phone. Make sure that APN in network setting is 'rcomnet'. If data services are stopped by default, send SMS “START” to 1925.

If your number is postpaid, you can register and log in at http://myservices.relianceada.com and obtain all details.

I had done Re. 1 recharge and also done a topup of Rs. 30 before the migration.

Now, my core balance is 0 and only incoming is allowed. So, the free offer as such has not been given to me.

    Anyone else has this situation?

No. Everything remains the same: main balance, data and sms etc. Dial *367*3# to see if the minute pack 2 hrs 30 mins has been credited. If not, talk to customer care at 198. If 198 is unavailable, dail *333 (paid).

The customer service says that they've received the request and have not timelines when this will happen

They will not migrate everyone on some particular date. They are doing it in batches. So your number can be migrated on one day while others may be migrated on some other day.  Keep talking on your old phone. When you are unable to make/receive calls in spite of full network, It's time to switch on your new phone.

for one of the Maharashtra's cdma no, post 4g upgrade, I only got 1GB 2g data and not 3G. The MBAL is not showing up any data bal at all, checked this in the instacare app!

You will get 10 GB data after launch of LTE network. Meanwhile, you can use 1 GB data. To use 3G, enable roaming from SIM toolkit; set network at 'WCDMA only' and restart your phone.

Can someone help me to get my rsn number of CDMA omh??

RSN/ESN number associated with your device/SIM, if not readable, can be retrieved at any Reliance Store.

Devices without SIM have their unique ESN/RSN printed on the devices themselves whereas devices with SIM have their ESN/RSN printed on the SIM. Such devices have MEID that provide unique identity to them.

On my new Reliance 4G SIM, data connection is not established on mobile (RN3 and Gionee D1). I checked with my dongle - network connected by dialing *99# but no data transfer occurs.

National roaming enabled on SIM TOOLKIT and I checked with both APN - rcomnet and smartnet. All are in vain.

    Any solution of it?

What work for me: In SIM toolkit, I saw national roaming was already enabled. I enabled it again and then restarted the phone. Now I found that data was working.
