  6. Bought a Panasonic 39" LED, Model no. TH-L39EM5D for 38 K from Arcee Electronics Vashi, Navi Mumbai. It was a rock bottom price ,as I searched online and physical market survey. Tv is not of smart features but have 1 HDMI and 1 USB port and compatible with almost all vedio formats.

  9. HI friends, Since Evo Design has less publicity on forums, so there are very less information available about rooting and other technical issues. I have successfully rooted my Evo Design 4g after upgrading to Icecream Sandwich. Here are the steps 1. Unlock your Bootloader using htcdev (website). 2. DOWNLOAD recovery and put it to the root sd card, Here is the link for CWM recovery for Evo Design 4G. http://dl.dropbox.com/u/24065431/kingdom%20stuff/New%20folder/PH44IMG.zip 3. Download the root file and put it to the root of sd card: Root_SuperSU.0.93_Busybox_1.20.2_Update2.zip(file uploaded below) Copy the PH44IMG.zip(Recovery file) file you downloaded, to sd card Boot into stock recovery (volume up+home+power), and select "apply update from external storage". Now select the recovery-PH44IMG.zip file you copied in previous step (this step gives a temporary flash that will disappear after reboot) After flashing, remove recovery file(PH44IMG.zip) from root of sd card. If not done, phone will prompt for reflash it after every reboot. After reboot into bootloader mode,You get CWM touch recovery interface Inside CWM, select "install zip from sdcard". Now, select "choose zip from sdcard" or "choose zip from internal sdcard" (directs to external sd) and point it to the attached "CWM_Root_XXX.zip" It will add SuperSU, last superuser binary (su) to system/xbin and busybox last version to system/xbin, all with correct file permissions. Reboot and you get permanent root + busybox installed on your stock kernel. Note: One can google for detail steps "How to install CWM recovery" and "How to unlock bootloader" for ur phone before performing above steps. This method has successfully rooted my htc design 4G. Try at your own risk. I am not responsible for any damage to your phone CWM_Root_SuperSU.0.93_Busybox_1.20.2_Update2.zip

    Hi friends, I have electrify and have feeling that it has worst camera. It is an excellent phone otherwise in its class. Even battery is better than photon.   15. I have both with me. Specs wise photon is better. But camera of design is far ahead from photon. In compare to 5mp of design, photon with 8 mp stands nowhere. Screen of design is amoled which is much better than pentile screen of photon. The areas where design lags is screen size and processor. But if u consider camera and screen is more imp go for design for sure. If u ask me, personally I will opt design. Rest is ur choice. Sent from my PH44100 using Tapatalk 2

  17. Dear Jewrajka, Since I have cdma programmed and gsm sim with my Evo design. For me it was successful root even after upgrading ICS. For your case I am not sure about retaing cdma RUIM, But yes, u will get the root. Rest is upto you.

  22. I have already got replacement for my 16 gb strontium, which took almost 2 month. I had to call delhi office mr. Naresh, several times. At least I would have spend rs 150 to talk to them. Now my replaced card also developed problem within 1 week. I could not even dare to go Lamington road, mumbai again for another replacement. Buytheprice left the worst experience for me. Then I decided to go for transcend and happy now. My 500 gone waste for strontium. I wI'll not advise anybody for buytheprice. At the sametime, 3 sd card of 8 gb strontium from buytheprice are working fine. So it seems, problem is with 16 gb lot. But buytheprice should admit it and do the needful.   23. I will also support to go for Transcend Class 4, rather than any other brand of Class 6 or higher. My 2 nos. of microSD cards of 16 GB Class 6 (Strontium) have gone bad within 1 month, bought from BUYTHEPRICE. I got frustrated and went for Transcend Class 4 from Flipkart. Really happy. I could not notice any slowness of even recordind/playing HD content on smartphone.
