The Cylindrical towers is for Reliance Jio and not for Reliance Communications. So if you get a new Reliance Jio Connection (when they started their communications) then I think probably you are getting a good signal indoors also as it is near to your home.

Sometime it says restart your mobile after entering to a roaming zone. I think you must have done that if not done do once. It may solve the problem.

Thanks @Sandeep :-) you are right toll-free numbers are always started with 1800. Unfortunately it is showing busy when I dial it. Will definitely use in future.

Well.. now my SMS is working fine. I am surprised :-) don't know which method solved my issue. But I failed to communicate with 18602002011. Also tried with InstaCare application. Got a call from there Mumbai office and the guy told me he can't do anything for this issue and Calling to CC is only the way out.
Anyway thanks very much friends for trying to helping me out from this SMS issue

Called few times to 18602002011 but no one answered my calls. Waiting for 10 minutes for each calls :-( the number looks like a toll free one but money deducted from my account I think as I am in romming so.

Just confirm that is your SIM OMH one or not. If it is a OMH one then no problem with EVDO else 1X :-(

Hi guys. I have a problem with my Reliance No. I am unable to send any SMS to any number.
My outgoing SMS is bared, that I came to know after giving a request to CC.
CC people says you are made a commercial calls from this no. so the outgoing SMS has been bared. but I never did such type of calls. there is no problem with my Incoming SMS.
It is more than 20-25 days now. they said after three days it will resolved. but nothing happened. after three days again I am complain to them but same thing happens. they always take a request and giving me three days time.
all the mobile Banking things I done from my this number only so getting OTP from Bank now a headache from me.
any help/advice highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I think it is a hardware problem as you dropped it. If recovery installed then wipe Cache and Delvik and see what happen.

The work is for Reliance Jio only. Here instead of cylindrical tower they are useing existing Reliance towers for communication.
