I have been a user of various Reliance services and phones (Mobiles & FWP etc). I have been wondering the possibilities of a second hand mobile phone. I have been receiving a few offers for sale of such set. I am looking at how secure is it to purchase such a phone and the viability of running it with pre-paid? I welcome response from all users having experience & information pertaining the topic. Thanks!
