    Incoming mail server : pop.vsnl.com Ougoing mail server : smtp.vsnl.net I've also enabled (ticked) the "My Outgoing Server requires authentication" tab Is there anything else I've missed out? Thanks R Krishna
  3. Hi, exi I happen to have a vsnl account and have recently aquired Rconnect. I'm able to receive mails but unable to send any mails. Following error message was thrown up while sending : An unknown error was returned from the SMTP server. Account: 'krrk', Server: 'smtp.vsnl.net', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '521 Service not available.', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 521, Error Number: 0x800CCC61 I've searched thru the forum for existing solution and have not been able to find one.
