  3. I am facing a strange problem. I have a S3 Us celluar with data working, running 4.1.2 stock with PRL showing 5. I inserted that sim in MTA blaze to test the EVDO. It was working. After that, I put the sim back in S3, data stopped working (voice is working). Any ideas? same sim is still working in MTS Blaze

  5. Hi, i have a stellar. I am facing problem in it. Android 4.0.4 I am getting signal but no one can call me nor I can make a call. I can reset/flash. I even did *#22745927, enable menu ##786#, select reset I doubt it reset though. It is possible that I might have messed up some settings. Please help me restore data and voice.

  7. since u can connect laptop, when it is connected to wifi, goto Control Panel\Network and Internet\Network Connections IPv4 Address: 192.168.1.1 IPv4 Default Gateway: IPv4 DNS Servers: then use some app like this https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.monkelabs.ipmanager and create a profile. add above entry. for IPv4 Address, change last number to say 30 for example, 192.168.1.30 activate this profile and try connecting again. change to dynamic ip when u are using different wifi.
  8. No. Try assigning static ip and check if it works. I did a reservation in my router or u can assign a static ip towards the end of your router dhcp range It is an known issue with nexus series. google it !
  9. If you want to order from China, use www.etotalk.com or dx.com. Make sure you opt for shipping with tracking number in it. B/w SNS, customs are getting unpredictable day by day. What if I refuse to pay high customs (obviously I don't care for mobile itself), what will they do?

    I m using in it in hyd with Airtel, no unlocking needed, 3g works fine ! USSD, etc all work in gsm. Needs micro sim though don't know about reliance/cdma status

  18. I am using burst without any problem. i m just using GB + root+ frozen AT&T apps. You will get good battery life (1.5 days) in 2G (if u keep lte/3g on --it will search and waste u battery) since 1 or 1.5 days is low as per non smartphone users, they are complaining. njoy !
  19. Hi friends, I am being charged more for calls despite a recharge of 58 to have 1/2 paisa/sec calls. Airtel,Karnataka I have contacted serveral times Aritel Customer care but they are unable to find the reason why my plan keeps changing automatically. They told me the plan associated with my number, keeps changing automatically for reason they don't know. I have contacted customer care, their supervisor, nodal officer,etc. It's already over 1 week !! Since they took 58 but are not complying with what they promised, what should I do? Should I take them to consumer court?

  21. In karnataka, they have this plan. Major advt is in roaming - incoming/outgoing to any network is also free--unlimited (as long as u r in their network) unlimited sms in roaming also free ! add 50 -- get 2gb gprs free per month (some small 3g plan is also there) afaik--no one gives such a plan. but getting their network signal is pain in the a..
  22. i thought it was the norm that their website is buggy. for example, see cdma section in MP 112 All local calls to any network @ 1p/2sec 90 99.68 66 All Local calls @ 1p/2sec 90 58.70 Both recharge does the same !!

No, you are not overlooking GPRSPacks - DataUsagePacks 246 0 21.77 10.3 Rs 150 Talktime and 720 MB data with 30 days Validity tata docomo (with recharge) also offers 1/2 p/sec all local+std (karnataka circle--dont know others) also, with recharge of 1010 gives 1210 talk time with unlimited validity (karnataka circle--dont know others) only problem is--their network coverage !! It just can't beat airtel/vodafone
