True there are only 22 circles or is it 23? But 33 is because all 3 have been totalled up. It happens because in some circles both Airtel and Voda have got 3G licences and in some circles Airtel, Voda and Idea have won the 3G licences. In such circles, they will not have to tie up.

For Chennai and TN, we will have to do with Aircel, Airtel and Vodafone apart from good old BSNL. No Tata DoCoMo or RGSM here......boo-hoo boo-hoo

AFAIK, if a operator uses another operator's network to offer 3G services in a circle where they do not have 3G licence, then how will they bill for voice services or can they use the other operator's network only for 3G data? Will it not be roaming for the subscriber? Maybe all operators will remove roaming totally pan India - only then, this is possible. I had asked RCOM about Chennai since they do not have licence here - how they will offer 3G services here? This was the reply I got from them. But anything is possible in India. Though they did not divulge any details, they did hint at tie-ups with other operators, but then voice roaming will apply. Lets wait and watch as things unfold.... And IMHO, competition will not allow 3G pricing to be very ultra premium. Maybe for the first few months, operators may want to make merry, but even then people will start comparing BSNL's pricing for 3G services.

@sougata, When I refresh the page, 97-98% of the time it gives me the full page. Today after you posted, I refreshed a particular page and I found that the bottom part was blank. I refreshed once again and the page loaded fully. BTW, I am using CleanCut Theme. No idea if that will be of any help to you. And my mobile is a Palm Treo 800W running WM 6.1.

@ arun, I thought it was a setting in OM, but I presume now, that you mean Theme settings... So if I change from CleanCut to IP.Board Mobile, this rendering problem will be sorted out? OT, Will I also be able to reply from my mobile itself? Currently I am not able to reply from my mobile since a very long time. And by the time I access RW from my laptop or desktop, the topic gets answered by someone or the other.

@sougatadc & abhi.r, I got it right now... In Folder Options ----> View tab, you have to set "Show Hidden Files, Folders and drives-OFF" (default option) to " Dont Show Hidden Files, Folders and drives - ON" After this, run the bat file and voila, things work flawlessly..... Enjoyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

Me too having the same problem as sougatadc's vista on my W7HP laptop, working flawlessly on my WinXP though. In my case, it says control panel shortcut, slightly opaque and clicking on that, opens my original folder all right with all contents visible fully. Unhid the folder and my original folder has come back. BTW, abhi.r, you are also using W7 - but which version?

@ Arun, it is working only in IP.Board and not in CleanCut. I thought something was wrong with my system, I did Ctrl+F5 many times last night , but to no avail. Then just now on a brainwave, I tried changing the view from CleanCut to IP.Board and voila it works flawlessly. @ all others Try changing the view and you will get what you wanted. should be averaging around 1 mbps. I had a trial some time back and it did not budge above 1 mbps at that time, now it may be lower.

You are right, but it will show only on your system. Unless the other computer also has the same Rupee font as on your system. I am currently using for the last about 1+ months, the font from "Rupee Foradian". @ Mods/Admins, Maybe in the list of fonts, if the rupee font is added, it will work.

I would disagree with the knee jerk reaction by GoI and TRAI. Just imagine that if you want to take a connection, and you have to wait endlessly for the courier or post guy to come and deliver the SIM to you etc. Just also imagine if you are out station somewhere and you need the connection urgently and would you be able to wait for so many days?
