I foresee that the new operators will start services on a larger scale with more circles rather than one circle at a time. So TN/Chennai will not be the 1st off the block. The highest problem is from ABN AMRO and HSBC apart from SBI. These apart, I have not had any problem with any other bank. I agree with Honest's, petar's and soniraj's suggestions - you threaten them with a consumer court case and also send emails to all TV News channels - this is the only way to get them to bend down and apologise to you. Ofcourse it may a systems error, but then there was no necessity for a collection agent to call you up and ask for payments. Since you are not at fault and also you say you have their letter to the effect that your sign differs, you have every right to screw them up thoroughly. If you have made one mistake and they would in all probability charged you Late fees, interest etc, you also can claim compensation from them. Go to TV news channels and also approach a competent consumer court lawyer and file a suit. Dont leave them also.

You are right when you say that more people can access the wealth of info available on RIMweb.in if they are able to access from their mobiles itself. But not all subscribers have DAPO plan or L1 plan to enable them to browse free of cost. And RWorld's 10ps/10kb is way too expensive. However your idea/query is very good to promote RIMweb.in. @arun, Any options for lo-fi version users to reply from their mobiles?

You may check it with your local dealer or if any HOTSPOT dealer is there in your city, then you can try there.
