I have been using BSNL EVDO service for last 2 months and it ****s... speeds are pathetic.... I live only 1.5 kms from their EVDO enabled tower.. Please note the RUIM slot in EVDO cards issued to BSNL after October 2008 DONOT HAVE RUIM AVAILABILITY There is no way to enable ruim even after USING QPST and CDMA Workshop... The only option left is to Flash it with older Firmware...

Guys please help me... I am going to mumbai on 17 Dec 2008 and want to purchase a good GSM+CDMA dual mode phone I dont care if its chinese as from what I have heard is these phones are VFM.. So can anyone recommend and chines phone name, model no and shop/place where I can get it in Mumbai.... Any help will be highly appreciated..

Are the Reliance GSM sims/connection available in mumbai ..???? coz...I am planning to buy a new handset(CDMA) so if Reliance GSM is commin pretty son.. I 'll wait and get a feature rich N series Nokia....

Can be achieved.... Just download CDMA workshop and run it connect to the ZTE MG880 through CDMA workshop and go to "Other" tab and select "RUIM only" or "RUIM if available" and click on write...

Well i am taking RCOM/ADAG headon.... . been Continuously surfing using UTS password for last 3 days and downloaded Autocad 2009 DVD iso of abt 1.5GB .. Downloaded a few other apps too... Reliance is gonna go nuts ..... when they see my UBILL... RELIANCE ...... Bring it on....

Why the hell did u stop using WAP... continue using it dude... Even i am on L4 plan so as per their plan details L4 = no network charge...L4 now however discontinued so if they want to change something about L4 plan they have to launch it again to get all users under old L4 plan with new WAP charges so until they officially launch L4 plan again they cannot bill us with new WAP charges... coz if they do it will amount to "unfair Trade Practices" and that has a very harsh penalty as per indian law..
