  3. Hi, I have got an old LG Reliance Phone[with no RUIM] from one of my friends but it has its number deactivated. I wanted to know can I reactivate it myself in my own name or change the number attached to it someway and get a new number alloted to me? I dont know the model number so Im attaching a pic of the same Waiting for Your replies
