Can some one pls provide free service provider with decent space(100 MB) and ftp service... I do not care about other features like PHP & MySQL. I am using 0catch now.. It seems Ok. But they have tooo many ads!!

MIDI file format is entirely different from WAV http://jedi.ks.uiuc.edu/~johns/links/music/midifile.html And I am afraid that you will not be able to convert WAV to MIDI format with the original quality!!

Cannot agree to point number 4. Visit any WW and you will see how crowded they are due to the inadequate number of employees...
