The PrintScreen option is not available to all PCs. Better save your MSWord file as an Webpage. Now open it in the Browser window and save the picture on your desktop. Now open your image in Photoshop>>Switch to image mode "Grayscale" and save it again. You can reopen the grayscale image (B&W) in PhotoShop again to edit the image further. You can go for GIF format also and keep the Black & White as the colours in it. Please refer to any Photoshop expert if you need or you may contact me for the same. I'll give you Gyans for free

Hi All I've noticed a peculiar bug in accessing the Address Book or phone book in my RD2030 model. The addrsss book can be accessed in two different ways, from the <Names> menu through the soft key at the right and from the unified tetra-directional arrow key located at the middle of the function keys. But in some cases I found a peculiar problem in accessing the names. If I access the names through the <Names> menu with the soft key, by the path Menu>>1. Find Name>>Select and so on....... it always displays the entry with full options in a stable screenshot. The options, which I mean here are, Entry <entry no.>, Name, Entry Status (Mobile/General/Fax/Email Address/Home/Office), Ringtone Assigned & Secrecy Status. It facilitates the user to select the number of the person according to the location (Home/Office etc.). But, if I access the phone book through the arrow key, sometimes it shows the entry with full options in a stable screenshot abnd sometimes it shows a transient screenshot with the Name and only one number (the default one). Is it a known bug or it is unique to my handset only

It may seem to be so clumsy but yet it is pretty simple. Trust me ***********For displaying the name for SMS*************** If you have a friend with mobile number 9831234567 please modify the entry in his/her name in your address book. Go to the General tab and re-enter his mobile number preceded by "0091" ***********For displaying the name for Call*************** If you have a friend with mobile number 9831234567 please modify the entry in his/her name in your address book. Go to the Mobile tab and re-enter his mobile number preceded by "0" If you have a friend with Landline number 23456789 and with an STD area code of "033"please modify the entry in his/her name in your address book. I've got VSNL-TataIndicom which offers free surfing at night from 11pm to 8am. BSNL charges 1.24/call and between 10:30pm and 6:30am the pulse rate for 172xxx calls are 10mins/call. So, from 11pm to 6:30am, VSNL as ISP costs "0" while BSNL charges 1.24*6=7.44 and thats cheapest.
