Among full-fledged pan India operators, RIL will not go with Airtel, Vodafone, Idea. So bet is always on Aircel. Videocon/Uninor/Tata Docomo/S Tel/Cheers are not present in all circles. RIL may go with RCom.

I did not sign the petition because I am not using RCom CDMA, and in my home only my mother uses it as it is very old number. For me Rcom is dead, no good plans, no no-nonsense CC service, their coverage is also poor. They are pushing GSM and 3G just like TTSL is doing. Whatever I today signed the petition.

With 35years on power, CPIM introduced corruption and politics in each and every system of WB. Frankly speaking I think communism is something pushed on mankind - everybody is equal it can not be true. But everybody should be given chance to improve their situation. TMC must win, because in form of TMC, it will be congress entering WB. People of WB want change because we are tired of CPIM, not like they support TMC.

well Vodafone 2G data plans r often giving 3G speed. But that's on postpaid only. On prepaid Vodafone s**ks bigtime, u cant use 3G netwrk unless u recharge with any 3G data pack - u cnt even make a video calls!

yeah Reliance did a good job but no update makes it useless. BTS location is not good, rather to cover the area under the 1x or EVDO services would be better!

Though EVDO is a preferred technology, people will move to GSM as well as HSPA more and more due to hundreds options on GSM/HSPA handsets. Also selling locked modems is going against EVDO, while people can buy unlocked GSM/HSPA modem to use SIM of any operators. And BSNL 3G tariff is already affordable compared to EVDO players. Even settings to connect EVDO is complex.
