EVDO vs HSPA - I think HSPA is a better term than HSDPA. Coz operators started rolling out HSPA networks to offer max. 7.2Mbps!

What I did say that those are frequent travelers choose GSM for their roaming, also Airtel has biggest roaming advantages having agreements with a lot of operators over the globe. MTS being a CDMA technology is not so good for roaming worldwide, except in USA. I am damn sure if you abroad, you will not use MTS MBlaze, rather will be using free WiFi or hotel's free internet. In WB MTS has good network and good customer base, while in other circles MTS did not get such popularity being a CDMA player. You messed up the MBlaze and basic mobile services (Voice & SMS). You got very regional and confused, saying MTS users are poor! WTH!

i doubt those who go for international roaming are not choosing MTS for cheap plans and they don't care how much Airtel/Vodafone charges them!

it is sad BSNL planned to roll out WIMAX by franchiese method but whole thing is messed up after this 2G scam! People of Kerala are too lucky - BSNL has more offerings - broadband, EVDO, WiMAX and 3G/HSPA

1st make sure CDMA players bring OMH RUIM, cost effective data plans (on mobile/modem) like GSM players....

well MTS mother company Shyam grp has a ISP called Spectranet. It can afford the fibre network for MTS!

BSNL unlimited 3G plans had a FUP of 300GB/month! But BSNL is too lazy to implement it on its users! But still I feel 3G is not a replacement of wired broadband, and if it is,in that case 25-50GB at Rs 1500 would be good.
