This entire concept of platform ticket is quite ridiculous. We are there to say goodbye to our loved ones /friends right? We go there to help them with the luggage and for a send off. For this why the hell are we forced to stand in long queues? Platforms/trains are not maintained but purchase of platform ticket alone is enforced strictly. Sent from my Motorola Photon 4G

my cousin has a seidio battery installed on his photon 4g. i was able to test it when he stayed in my house for a few days. on a full charge with heavy use,the battery easily lasts more than 24 hours. by heavy use i mean calls,wifi/3g on constantly,6-8 hours of video playback.

Hi guys. I recently purchased a Motorola photon 4G from a reputed seller in this forum. While playing around with the apps, I opened root explorer & there was a message saying "binary su is obsolete". Click to update. Is it safe to update or leave it as it is. Any help from experts would be great. Sent from my MB855 using Tapatalk

@Frooty I thought this was a public forum? Well as you can see I never asked my seller specifically to respond to this query. I also don't expect my seller to respond. Many people having doubts about Android can ask questions in this forum I think. People who are interested in replying can reply. People who don't want to can stay away. Apple iPhone 5 will put Samsung Galaxy S III to Shame: Foxconn CEO
volstagg replied to nitink's topic in Other handsets
i think the foxconn ceo was talking about the price. iphone 5 will be priced so ludicrously high that buying a GSIII will look like a bargain -

vodafone has reduced the tariffs for many circles like gujarat, karnataka, andhra, kerala but still no reduction in sight for chennai. wonder when they will do it. and a call to the customer care is met with a curt replay saying " we'll inform you when we change the tariffs".

BSNL Launches Fibre2Home (FTTH)
volstagg replied to vikasmahajanz's topic in Other Broadband Discussion
just saw some of the stupid plans offered by bsnl. every plan has the word "upto" in the speed column. so they can charge an insane amount of money which no one in india can afford and then screw the customers royally with some technical terms.i also called my area bsnl JE to enquire about these plans. it seems there is a distance restriction on some of these plans. i.e from the exchange your house has to be within a prescribed no of kilometers for you to get the full speed- 18 replies

The biggest problem with Samsung phones us their plasticky feel. Build quality when compared to apple is terribly poor. Sent from my Motorola Photon 4G -
There has to be some monitoring agency that regulates these ads. Every mobile company uses the word 'unlimited' to cheat their customers. They proclaim something is free, then put an asterisk at the end of it & impose many conditions. tata docomo could have spent all of its ad budget to improve their pathetic network. hi guys. i'm having a weird problem with tata indicom. a couple of months back when i activated 1x on my phone,i had downloaded app-it. its a kind of an app that lets you use facebook, gmail, twitter etc. after using 1x for a month i unsubscribed from the pack but still i was being charges rs 15 every month for app-it. i also uninstalled the app-it from tata zone.i made numerous calls to the CC and they told me to dial 155223 to deactivate any of my subscriptions.i did the same but once again the deduction has happened. finally i made a complaint yesterday saying that even after unsubscribing many times,i'm being charged for a service i'm not using. today they got back to me saying once i downloaded the app,i shall be charged for it even if i uninstall it from my phone. they said the CC cannot do anything from their side and that i have to visit a tata indicom office to get this problem sorted. has anyone faced this problem before? does anyone know how to get rid of this stupid app-it? any thoughts/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
