  3. No I think Flipkart is now just a platform like eBay is. It is just a mediator between the buyer and the seller.
  4. Even if u receive bad product from Flipkart. Their customers service is probably one of the best. And the no questions asked return and refund / replacement policy is the best I have seen as long as seller is WS RETAIL. And most of the breathtaking deals on Flipkart are from WS RETAIL only.

    Stellar would be really your best bet I believe on this budget. Battery backup, clarity and no heating. EDIT: Just recollected that Stellar has a special feature in what they call STARTER MODE. It simplifies menu navigation and individual icons are also bigger. It is for those people who find normal android usage a bit complex. Since it is for your mother , this could prove to be a very handy feature.

    In my knowledge Flipkart and Amazon have never issued any discount coupons. Whatever discount is there is automatic calculated once product is added to cart.

  12. Windows 8 can be used on reliance cdma on the Nokia LUMIA 822 albeit without reliance data. Only calls and sms work for cdma in lumia 822 and for data u have to rely on wifi.
