Before i move would like to hear more from already subscribed users about the mentioned below concerns : Speed and its consistency? Downtime if any? Resolution time if it goes down? any hidden charges? FUP?

Listen this is what i want you to do . Scenario 1 If you charged customs that means the phone should have reached india at all means. Then the responsibilities lies with PPO and Bluedart If PPO confirms that they have shipped it , then you have to get hold of bluedart and confront them (Dont let go them easily sit in their office for hours and create scene) Scenario 2 File a dispute on ebay saying that the packet received was empty and no phone inside it ( No matter how reputed the seller is sometimes they cheat too) if you lucky you might get your amount back Scenario 3 Forget about everything and move on ... ( Dont doooooooooo this ) Checked the IMEI , the phone is still locked and not in use. in this situation it would be hard to find

If you can help me with the IMEI number i can trace the phone for you ... You can ask the seller for the IMEI

Its a tricky situation ... did you try a different model and see if the problem is with the modem or not ?? try the same modem on another ADSL line and check if it latches to a DSL Signal quick

PPO box is going through a lot of trouble since 1 July(Customs Issue), not just your's there are more than 100 customers who is facing the same issue like you ... hopefully should be good by 1st week of august

Are you sure ? i used to get 2 mbps constant ... now stuck with 1.3 mbps ... but tell you something at night after 2AM the speed increases to 2mbps and stays till morning 6 to 7 .. thats when my download happens

My EVDO speeds are getting worse day by day ... speed differs in every room of my house even though i get full signals . speed range from .5mbps to 1.3 mbps

But I always had better service in TATA rather than reliance. Reliance always been weak with their signals ... Never had any trouble with my dad's tata indicom connection .. good signals in kerala, chennai and hyderabad
