    ^^^^ Thank you very much for pointing me in the right direction. I am a novice when it comes to Linux though I am using Ubuntu as the GUI is easy enough for me The D10 is being used by my kids so I wont mess with it now. It is still running the stock and I have not upgraded to ICS even. I will explore if I can install Ubuntu on my Nook Color running CM7 though. Thanks once again

    Check and see if the 3G symbol just fades out or fully disappears. If it is only faded, it means no data transfer is taking place and therefore it is inactive. In this case, if you open an app requiring internet access, it will become active automatically. However, if it disappears completely, you have a different problem that our gurus here may help resolve.

    IMO Once your MEID is registered with RCOM, you can change numbers like with any other CDMA handset. You can either use a HCC (easiest way) or through the Rworld
  25. ^^^^^ Yes. But for CDMA, registration on operator is required which will cost you (you have to know the right people). Also, BIS will not work on CDMA even then !!
