Interest check: G-Box II Android TV Box running JellyBean
Proton replied to digitalnirvana's topic in General Technical Discussion
Sale price of lapdock is 50 dollars. Motorola has discontinued webtop feature. New razr hd has no webtop. Google has ordered the end of life of webtop. Looks like asus padfone is superior, offering better touchscreen operation and sleek integration. -

CAT Telecom To Dismantle Its Entire CDMA EV-DO Network (rev. B Thailand) Quote Posted 2012-08-12 21:06:51 I went to pay my CDMA bill today and was told that after this month the price of CMDA network will be 1 bath / minute. That is about 43,000B/month for unlimited usage. I guess it's time to move on to another system. http://www.thaivisa.com/forum/topic/568845-cat-telecom-to-dismantle-its-entire-cdma-ev-do-network/page__st__50 Enjoy CDMA service while it lasts! -

Question Is it worth upgrading to ice? Some people have reported terrible problems: Quote Same feelings as Cheryl above. This is twice this has happened to me after being impressed with a Android phone to have it lose its battery and signal strength and this is what Verizon’s Corp Rep pushed was so great. We have bought six of them. I told my wife to not update for a while and her battery lasts days, mine barely eight hours. The answer, we will fed-x you a refurb phone for the price of a new one you bought a month ago…..great!!! http://www.gottabemobile.com/2012/07/02/droid-razr-and-droid-razr-maxx-owners-reporting-ice-cream-sandwich-issues/ For people who upgraded here on rim web forum, what is your opinion?

TI using it as reference platform for win 8 rt OS. Already running Jellybean and Ubuntu 12. Maybe a triple boot ROM? Build A Full Fledge Core2duo Windows 7 Pc For Sub 25k
Proton replied to dkaile's topic in General Technical Discussion
Windows 8 is not following the trend of being more resource hogging than previous versions. In fact, it's so light it can run on netbooks, extending the useful life of my Lenovo s10 netbook. Now it flies. http://www.engadget....cpu-1gb-of-ram/ Preview available for download. Full version available from Oct 26, (along with release of tegra 3 tablet, supposedly at less than nexus 7 price, with keyboard dock!) http://www.engadget.com/2012/08/14/microsoft-surface-199/ -

I tried the above trick with my Motorola droid 3, but it didn't work. I have been trying to enable my phone for call conference but nothing is working. Pls help me. This is what I am doing:- 1. I dial Person A and ask him to hold the call. 2. I tap the 'Add call' . 3 I dial Person B. 4. Nothing happens except except a slow beep-beep sound ('hold' sound)- 44 replies

Upgraded last month. Got 500 rebate for old box. waiver of installation fee. Total of 2000 less than website quote. Customer care will explain to you the details. Since the box is changed, the chip card is also changed (like a simcard functionally) requiring a registeration of the new chipcard. Also matching of the box to the dish tuning, requiring small alignment adjustments. So yes, not a DIY!
