  1. EVDO Speed Is Too Slow As Like 1X

    in my office the speed is slow on my Dinc Two AND my Sprint Evo View tablet. Dinc hunts between 3g and 1x, tablet shows constant 3g and IS faster. Both buffer youtube. At home, both have higher speed, sometimes running youtube without buffering.

  3. Rajan sir, Indiavartha has called me repeatedly to allow them to pickup and refund payment, entirely at their own cost. They promise to send cheque. I am insisting on DD at pickup time. They are pleading company policy as refund at later date. Selling of goods over the MR P is serious offence. In US, this type mail order fraud can lead to police car rolling up to your door and perp being led out in handcuffs. I am already embroiled in cheque bounce case for the past 2 years in our "fast" track court. Should I trust Indiavarta? Customer care pleading with me to not worry, as they are part of Indian Express group. Several complaints are ongoing in consumer court and mouthshut.com. The first priority for you is to get the refund now if you have already pre paid. So cancel the order and ask for refund. While doing so, keep all the records of communication like email or talk with them. Keeping all the record will help if you want to proceed further as mentioned later. If you ordered with cash on delivery, there should not be a worry for refund. Further then that, if you really have the time, energy and desire to teach them a lesson, you can do either / all / any of the following, File a case with a consumer court for deficiency of service, cheating, wrong product and demand compensation. File a criminal case of cheating U/S 420 of the IPC at the nearest police station. File a case of cyber crime for cheating, spoofing with the Cyber Crime Cell of your City Police. I know the above sounds cynical / time consuming / too much / improbable but those are pretty much the only avenues available to a harassed / cheated consumer in india. Some of them may not actually work also unless one is unrelenting / persistent. If none of the above is done, then post negative reviews about them on online blogs / forums. That should also cost them some future customers. And i am sorry that my well intentioned deal post might have actually landed you / OR others in disappointment. I repeat as already mentioned by Kanaga earlier, PLEASE ORDER BY COD ONLY When such an option is available.

  5. Courier service refuses to allow opening of package of late. They take payment and run. Please insist on online sellers instructing their courier to allow contents to be checked before placing order, and keep track of correspondence confirming the same. In the middle of taking action against indiavarta.com. I don't know why they want to spoil the mqrket: it's such a good business model. No overheads and stock is just in time process, ie they take stock only after they receive orders!

  7. Load Boot manager from Market. Install Skyraider _Zeus in phone rom and ICS AOSP beta 3 in SD Card slot. Change OS according to gsm or cdma simused.!
  8. Skyraider_Zeus is fabulous for GSM only use (data works well). Much better than CM7.

And Samsung Marketing VP on business channel says that India is a very important market for their high end products! Wish all firms operated like Samsung!

    Hi Rajan, I'm very happy with the phone. It served me very well in Malaysia for browsing and GPS (the taxi drivers don't use the correct routes, but when they see my gps, they behave! ). The recent updates (done on my unrooted phone by LG Bangalore) have solved the reboot, overheating, freeze and low battery life problem (v10e baseband). IMHO, this phone is the only phone for people who want great gaming: think optimised Tegra Zone Games.
