I'm really happy to share this news. Finally, in 3-4k we will be able to successfully flash our iPhones to work with Reliance properly.

After evasi0n jailbreak for 6.1, i tried flashing my phone but it's not working. It get's stuck up on some weird USB device error. Initially i thought it could be driver or cable problem. I tried installing different versions of iTunes and different USB cables, but in vain. So i believe iPhoneCDMATool needs to be updated to 6.1, it would be great if ydiddy can provide us some support on this.

After people in US were able to enable Data access on their flashed iPhones, i was eager to find out the solution. What i came to know was that they are using a tool called as DFS from cdmatool.com. The only problem is it's very expensive, per device programming costs 100$. But yes, DFS is working 100% once you know what has to be done. After digging through different forums, i was finally able to connect the iPhone 4 CDMA to CDMA Workshop and QSPT as well. I've attached snapshots of both the applications. But i think this is the first stage of this exploration and a lot more is required to be done if we need to find out an alternative to DFS. Now the only problem is that the next step doesn't works. If i click on the read option provided by both the tools, i get an error saying it's unable to read from the device. Now the question is how come DFS is able to read the settings from the phone, which other tools are unable to do so right now. People for whom using CDMA Workshop and QPST is a day to day task, please share your experience so that we can find out a cheaper alternative to DFS and make our iPhones work 100% perfectly.

Is there any way to disable the EVDO/3G since on my number/MEID, i don't have EVDO activated. What happens it it always starts with the 3G channel if i open a browser or any app, then it fails, so finally it switches to 1x network. I end up wasting almost a minute everytime between this switching. Is there any way to disable EVDO similar to how we can do on GSM iPhones?

What has to be done to activate Facetime and iMessages? It's stuck in "still waiting for activation.."

Those who are not interested in jailbreak and are eager to get on to iOS 6, can safely do so. There is no need to flash the phone again as the settings won't get overriden. I have successfully updated to iOS 6 after flashing the phone on 5.1.1.

It's better we buy this tool because i checked with gaurav, he is going to use DFS. The problem will be in future when iOS 6 jailbreak will be released, we will have to flash our devices again. If we all have our own personal licenses, it will be a smooth ride in future as well.

Guys, let's create a group and buy credits in bulk so that it will be affordable to all of us. We can then submit this list with the IMEI's to ydiddy and we all will be able to do flash our phones. I am creating a separate thread, so requesting everyone who need credits can participate in that thread. I will request the seniors out here to guide us further from here.

Hi, I managed to get the MEID registered of an iPhone 4 CDMA Verizon model and transferred a Reliance no. to the handset, but the problem is SMS is not working. I am unable to send SMS. If i try dialing *228, it asks for an RSN no. which i don't have. I also tried setting the SMSC no. manually but Reliance says there is no SMS center no. for CDMA handsets, so they are not ready to provide any such detail. Please help, if someone can guide as to how to get the RSN for my phone. -Majrul

Yes nikme, DFS has reduced the price. According to the latest update on their website: 2 Apple devices (iPhone 4 cdma or iPad 2 cdma) by price $100 now! DFS CDMA Tool version 4.0.0.4 is available for downloading.
