subscribers are making reliance pay for being such big cheats , serves them right

64k sim can save 250 numbers where as 32k sim can save only 150

my porting was completed in 10 days, now i'm happy on tata docomo

22nd Oct - applied for porting from reliance gsm to tata docomo gsm on 22nd and 25th i got 2 mesages, both saying my request for mnp has been successfully registered on 31st got msg that my porting will take place at 10:58 pm checked my docomo sim in the morning and it was working perfectly no issues in calling/receiving calls from docomo or reliance numbers as i'm on roaming , i have not been able to check if there are any issues with sms the strangest thing was that shopkeepers did not want to take any porting out requests for reliance numbers they said that reliance created a lot of problems, and porting was rarely successful only the 3rd shopkeeper was willing to do the porting, but he said there is a huge risk of it not being successful and he would not be responsible! lol maybe i was lucky , i did not face any issues and my porting was successful. finally i'm free from VAS activations without my consent for retention, i did get calls from reliance, they promised to deactivate all services but didnt offer any retention plans such as cheaper call rates etc. which was disappointing.

currently on bsnl 3g postpaid 525 plan ,i am thinking of porting out because the network has become from bad to worse... 1st question, is there even a remote possibility of getting a booster installed from bsnl? 2nd , if i need to port (to airtel or aircel, not any other company) http://bsnl.co.in/service/cellular_cellone_allplan.htm current plan rental - 525 free calls worth - 425 rs 3g data - 250 mb Free SMS worth Rs. - 40 Free I/C Calls while Roaming in Min - 200 Free O/G Calls while Roaming in Min - 100 local call - on net rs .30 off net rs .40 std call - rs .50 sms - local -rs .30 national - rs.30 i plan to port to airtel 3g or aircel 3g my usage is mostly calling(both local and std, mostly off-net), rarely sms, and 250 mb of 3g data is sufficient roaming usage is also not that important, cause it is once in like 6 months.... so is there any similar plan available from airtel or aircel in the same 500-600 range?

i've checked out plans of both and am leaning towards.... airtel supersaver 199 plan , with 200 rs 3g datapack. @KanagaDeepan thanx for the suggestions, by the way, aircel has very good coverage in bhilai,don't know about raipur

already did that, that is why i said aircel and airtel, because they have the best coverage in my area

i recently found out from the aircel CC that you cannot port from bsnl post paid to aircel postpaid. first you have to convert your bsnl number to prepaid , then convert to aircel . is it true? i thought we could convert from postpaid to postpaid

Reliance Bank... never... I do not trust Reliance brand any more, they will have to go through a name change before i start using any of their services

iphone 4s is disappointing but i am with the screen size... 3.5 inch retina display seems perfect, 4 inch and greater size phones dont seem like phones to me, feel heavy ,generally have low battery life. i would prefer a 3.5 incher with good battery life anyday
