all the sims are dispatched to AP Members. These prepaid sims won't useful for out of AP. So Any AP member can make a request to me if they want RGE prepaid SIMS

No. it won't work like that. if you are on iOS 8.1.2 jailbreak it and install 2 patchs from cydia use RG series Reliance with R-sim 10. You may have success. PM me if you want any help, after getting R-Sim 10, Rg series sim and Jailbreak.

Did you faced any problem like speed throtling or disconnection or any kind of extra charges It is pure unlimited Reb.B data, No cap. no restriction on voice even roaming it is free both incoming and outgoing. Sms there is a restriction of max sms per day (perhaps because of trai regulation)
