I came to know about this trick. I do not have any sprint iPhone 6. So, I request anybody to test it and confirm the same Sprint Activation (Manual): Step 1: Write down your SIM card serial number. Step 2: Put your SIM card in the iPhone 6. Step 3: Press “*2″ to contact Sprint. One of the employees will contact you and activation your SIM card to be used on the iPhone 6. STEP 4: Once your SIM has been activated, connect your iPhone 6 or iPhone 6 Plus to computer and start iTunes. STEP 5: Now press on the restore button and it will start restoring your iPhone. Make sure you create a backup before doing this, as it will erase all your data. STEP 6: Once the restoring process has been completed, it will show a message saying your iPhone has been successfully unlocked. That is it folks, if you have followed the steps correctly your new iPhone 6 or iPhone 6 Plus should be unlocked and that too for free.

when cdma part of reliance is going to be shutdown, it is unnecessary to go with DFS sim. I think 4g sim of reliance should work in sprint phone also.

GSM LTE. if your handset is having LTE 5/26 or 40 then the hand set should work. That is my understanding

4g sims are free. you have to send sms from your old cdma phone to 1299 as 4g + 19digit sim number. thats all.

tuesday will be the day of issuing 4g sims in Telangana and AP circle

just now updated my sprint note4 to 6.0.1 cdma data working good with ordinary sim recruc........ any series. I changed in DFS pref mobile ip.

can anybody confirms, data working on 6.0.1 on sprint model??

Try this.. name of APN any of your choice. Apn= net ;; user name is = net ;; password is = net ;; mcc is = 404 ;;; MNC is 00 save .

If you some handset manufacturer supprts CDMA then he has to pay royalties to Qualcomm, in GSM it is not so. 4G is evolution from 2G-HSPA, the evolution of CDMA was UMB (Ultra Mobile Band, developed in 2006) but Qualcomm dropped it in favor of 4G in 2008. What we call 3G is actually CDMA technology (if you look at the phones supporting 3G, you will notice the manual/box will say W-CDMA). 4G or LTE is an evolution from both CDMA and GSM but I don't think there will ever be a unified SIM suporting both CDMA and GSM available for public, the technologies are very different. on cdma sim, MEID goes to show all Zero. So, the sim will work mostly one day and after that, it will not work. GSM no problem as IMEI is a valid one. just observe, what is the meid number, on CDMA working hand sets.

XT1528 Switch off the phone. power it with vol down switch together use vol + or - to go to BPtools click power button. Phone powers, connect to pc. enable developer mode by clicking 10 times build number, you will get developer mode in settings. go inside and use usb debugging on phone ask to trust. tick and ok open device manager. install moto drivers (download it is available on online) google you will find 3 or 4 unknown devices. click last one, go properties, update drivers. click manually and select comport type, select moto and add moto diagnostic dirvers you will find comport in device manager. open DFS, give spc for this phone spc is 000000 unless changed in programming go to mobile tab and change simple ip to pref mobile ip change total profiles one from 6 and active profile one. reset the phone and restart the phone. entered apn manually and saved APN settings are name=any apn is net, user name is net, password is net mcc is 404 and mcc is 00 that's all, phone works with RGE sim or RECRUC068 Correct me if any steps worng.

youre talking about zte speed or in general sir? wherever you need RGE sim simply use RECRUC068......

i tried, could not get JIO on this handset, as it has no 2300 aka band 40

Now there is no need to search for RGE sim. RECRUC068... sim will work.

if you have backup of EFS restore it. or repair with cert.

this sprint phone works with all gsm and cdma. But when i checked Jio sim it has not worked

ha ha. if click power and vol - at one time (when the phone is in off position) it will boot in different screen you have to go to BP Tools with the help of vol + or -.

I think Jio waiting for new auction for purchasing spectrum or for r-com conversion of 4g on LTE 850
