for an 100kbs (not kBs) connection u can only get max 12-13kBs download speed in any type of download if u are getting less in torrent try searching in different torrent search engines and add the trackers to the current download. and if the seed to peer ratio is not good whatever u do, u wount be able to download at full speed. To check the download speed either do a speedtest or try to download some linux distribution from torrent/web or download Norton antivirus updates from symantic site.

(not sure from where) He was asking whether I am facing any prob with reliance , and what's my openion on reliance service Fianlly He asked me y recenly my usage is droped (I am getting 1k pm) I told there is no change in my usage pattern, finnaly He asked my email-id. I said I donot want to give the email Id and then he said Thanks, Call over. Did somoone got simillar call?

Moral of the story : Don't buy imported handsets (like Treo or Mogul). Just use our LG or NOKIA - only low end handsets. or only buy them from Sadik I believe this is going to affect for the ppl who are directly or indirectly making business/investing with affected forien companies.

There are different linux distibutions catering to different categories to users. Major Difference between these distributions are the initial softwares they package with them. The linux distributions which are preloaded are compiled by the manufactors. many windows ppl donot like them. Most of the linux distributions u can try without actually installing it on the HDD. If u want to try linux download a linux distubution (linke Ubuntu/kubuntu or OpenSuse 11 or gOS, PCLinux 2008), burn it on a CD/DVD RW, and boot from an USB Drive, try the Live version without installing it. you can also look at the corresponding netbook fans form, where someone would have released preconfigured linux distribution, they will be for better than the preinstalled one and they will have all the softwares. Processors used in mobiles will have only instructions related to phones, like image video processing. Processors used in laptops is almost similar to desktop but they are low power varients, donot confuse low power with the apps they can handle, low power means low voltage. mobile processors(used in laptopts) are more power efficient than the desktop processors. If you are worried about battery time of AAO I think u can get a third party high end battery for it. Most of the ppl in shops donot know much of technicals and or they just cook something on the fly to sell to customer. Write down your requirements and do your investigation on your own from friends and forms before buying.
