I guess you are logging in to recharge it. and if so, have you added your Netconnect/MDN No. in your login. If not, do so and then try recharging it. ELSE, its a 2 mins job, just drop in to any of the Reliance WEB WORLD and ask them to recharge your no. just like any mobile no. it will be done in a min.

Allright.. here is a good news for you. Considering that your friend was using it as a prepaid connection, all the prepaid Netconnect BB+ gets activated for lifetime..yes just like mobile connections..even this USB once activated , will be valid for life time. So now if you take it from him, you just need to recharge and it will be ready to use..no need to go to any WW. I guess thats what u wanted to know. If you want to go for new one, I have already told u the procedure in my last post. Thanks

Hello Nitin, I am also put up in Bangalore..I can say you are on the right path to go for Reliance Netconnect BB+. I am personally using it for more than 6 months in PREPAID. Also, I referred 1 of my Wimax Frustrated Friend to go for this last week and he is rocking with this connection now. Few TIPS :- Connection will be activated in a minute, reliance store (web world) guys will do it for you. Current Cost - 1599 official cost (Its 1399 in only few places, just ask them for this price, who knows u might be lucky) Tariff - Go for 1 Re/- recharge YES only 1 rupee recharge and you will get 10 GB data valid for 30 months, YES this is available for new customers. My friend also got it last week. Next month onwards you can recharge according to your wish (I will suggest you to go for Rs 800/- recharge from next month onwards which gives you unlimited data..but only 5gb with BB and after than 1x speed but unlimited ). Hello RIMWebers, I am using the prepaid Neconnect BB+ connection from last 6+ months. Last to Last month they announced 800Rs/- Unlimited pack for the same, wherein 5GB will be with BB+ and after that unlimted at 1x speed. However, I don't see this pack available for recharge on their site but rest all is still available fine,last month when I had called their CC they said its new offer and will be updated within a week or so and till then we need to get it done through Web World but this month again I dont see it their. Anyone else had this issue ? Can any one suggest how to recharge the Rs 800/- pack online w/o going to WW ? Many Thanks, -Raj

Point hai boss :-) I also have same problem at my work place....dimag kharab ho gaya hai yar..I am working out for a deal with Sadik for non camera BB 8830..lets see if I have the luck to get it. FYI - Few guys at my work place have got the camera itself removed from the phone and carrying the same..its so funny.

Hi Friends, I am from Bangalore and using RIM CDMA no. for a long time now. Recently my LG phone died and I am extremely exhausted looking for a NOKIA CDMA phone w/o a camera in it as camera phones are not allowed in the so called corporate world where I work. Anyone has any idea if there are any NOKIA phones available which I can get. Any help would be really appreciated. 1 more info, after days of research on net I had to go for a NOKIA 1508 which was the only phone available on a site called www.naaptol.com, I paid 2800 and been using from last 1 week but not happy with it. HELP HELP HELP !!! I know there are many LG/SAMSUNG/MICROMAX CDMA's are available but I want NOKIA if possible. Thanks in Advance !!! -Raj

I have Reliance Netconnect BB+ and I have used it in almost all the remote places in INDIA..coverage wise no complaints to be frank. In my home network I have only problems with speed.. I dont get more than 1 mb speed anytime.

Thanks a lot for replying..So there I am, I ordered BB 8830 from Indiatimes site..unfortunately my RIM CDMA sim card is not working...dont know what to do with that phone..at the same time all GSM SIM works fine. I tried GLOBAL/IEX under network settings.. it says searching for a CDMA network but nothing gets detected. Any help in setting up my RIM CDMA SIM with this BB 8830 please ? -Thanks
