don't tell them u have purchased from some other WW. say i brought from DSA or internet. oh....there i went wrong I said webworld.

sent emails to nodal officers... lets see what they will do

I have visited another WebWorld today. They said me to submit ID document to the same webworld where we bought this netconnection HSD. But they are not processing As we already submitted ID's almost 10 days before. Now what to do? anyone faced this kind of problem or I'm the only one?

Is there any online recharge option available for 'Prepaid Netconnect Broadband" ?

I'm not clear yet......Will e-recharge with same value, act as Netconnect prepaid data voucher?......or there is any other voucher available?

I have seen many cases in consumercomplaints forum regarding netconnect broadband billing. Some one received 10k extra in bill! I'm really scared now to take this connection! because i know customer care will do nothing for this.

What you are saying! Unlimited Netconnect for 749 on Reliance mobile netconnect or on 1x data card? I can't find details on reliance website!? post the link please.

I'm using "Platinum" Unlimited plan (Rs 1500 per month) since last 3-5 Years. I use around 4 GB per month so decided to shift to NEW 'Platinum5GB" plan. When i called Reliance Call Center they said they don't have idea on that new plan. When i called Webworld, they said shifting is not allowed for now. Why so? any idea?

where i will get details about CDMA 1X service plans on reliance website? please post link if you know.

Beyond which the customer will be charged at Rs. 2/- per MB " and went with unlimited plan thinking that is unlimited surfing without any limit Use just 5 gb more and here is the bill amount! Rs 1750 [unlimited] Rs 10,240 [ 5 GB used more ( 5gb = 5120 mb * Rs 2 per MB for above 10gb limit )] -------------- Rs 11,990 + Tax......

I think it will be all india roaming as charging 1750! ..... + tax = about 2000 or so.

3k.....? 1500 for rconnect Unlimited............if they offer EVDO for less everyone will shift to that.....so they may charge more than 1500.....
