Hasan Bhai, I hhope you have already transferred your number to your OMH and for your information these days they are issuing only OMH SIM card in bangalore. So not to worry. What you need to do is just send a mail to evdo@rimweb.com containg your Mob number and RSN of the SIM (written on back of SIM) and once it gets activated , you are ready to blaze. visit this link to be more clear how to send request for evdo. Hope it helps

Just a suggestion, if trying to make a custom rom, you can include rimweb as well as your reference in starting up the phone..I had seen this in one of the palm pixi+ phone bought from Sadik, while on startup screen, it was mentioning cellwala & rimweb (not sure about that) reference..I loved it. I am almost done with system files. Custom splash screen will also be included in this. Now needing kapil bhai's direction in removing Chinese characters from dialer and missed calls reminder. Explored customize folder but not able to get into.

I used my SBI master card and same error ....

Messaging issue is resolved now with the help of Our Beloved Kapil Ji. Here is the process. 1. SBF back to 2.4.33. 2. Load the prl and other cdma settings again. 3. Upgrade again to GB by OTA.( Don't worry , All CDMA settings will be restored) 4. Change all the parameters in buid.prop file given in first post. 5. Reboot the phone.

I think aap bhi d2g k fan hain kapilji. I saw in your initial posts where pics were taken by d2g. Ab to khair bada wala camera use hota hai Abt messaging prob I really don't find what is causing it. I am also on chinese rom with all the bloatwares completely removed. Splash screens are also changed with bionic boot and shutdown animation and hence no chinese crap now and its working like a charm. Sent from my DROID2 GLOBAL using Tapatalk

I did all the tricks mentioned but still not successful to send or even receive a text in CDMA mode.No prob with GSM at all.
