Me thinks they`re doing something fraudulent. My packages shipped thorough SnS have been received with correct duties charged. Both clear their packages thorough Mumbai customs. Don`t know why they`re having these problems!

Anyone got their package released by customs?

Spoke to their CS today. Apparently, customs have released some of the packages. However, both my packages are still held by customs. Anyone got their packages dispatched from Mumbai?

Why don`t you get your shipment directly from their hub in Bangalore? Aramex local service is very poor in Chennai. I always collect my SnS shipments directly from hub in Chennai. It helps that their hub is only a couple of miles from my place Yep, thinking of doing that only. Do they remain open on Sundays? Else will go tomorrow. I don`t think they`re open on Sundays. Definitely not in Chennai.

Just send the PayPal e-mail. I send them for ShopandShip purchases. Should work for PPOBox as well as they both clear items in Mumbai

Hey Bro, don`t use DHL if your items are cleared by Chennai customs. These guys are very strict and DHL won`t fight your corner, if charges are very high. Had a bad experience last year when they charged Rs12000 for a couple of Nexus 4`s You can also forward your complaint direct to DHL MD in India. The e-mail address will be given on their on their website.

For SnS, they update the shipment on their side. You don`t have to create a Package ID like PPObox. You do have to send the correct invoice with the Shipment No, after receiving the e-mail update from them. It`s the holiday season over there. SnS always have huge delays during this time every year. Just send an e-mail to their CS asking them to update the package. They will look on their internal servers and confirm delivery

They`re not in the East coast though. They can confirm that they`ve received the item. Don`t know why they don`t do it. Atleast SnS update that they`ve received the shipment, even though they`re yet to be forwarded.

Hey, Got the same problem. Package delivered on Monday still has not been updated. Have sent an e-mail to support@ppobox.com today. Hope they update by tonight. If they are not responding to that e-mail, you can either call them or write to Sanjay ( sanjay@ppobox.com )

Is anyone else having problems with PPObox, not updating shipments as and when they`re delivered to New York? For the past three weeks, had to e-mail their support to get the shipments updated and forwarded.

Both DHL and FedEx are reliable. Moreover, you're taking insurance and your shipment is covered for theft or damage. I've only used DHL through them. FedEx takes 2-3 days more. My shipment reached from Portland to Chennai in 4 working days. But, they took three days for custom clearance as shipment value was $1200. You should expect delays for your shipment. Hi, They ship either by FedEx or DHL Express. They will handle custom clearance DHL takes about 3-5 days to reach India. FedEx takes a bit longer. You should expect delays in customs for bulk orders. Insurance is mandatory, if you`re using HSG. It`ll be added to your shipping cost. Just make sure your package worth does not go over $2000. You`ll need a Import/Export code for that.

Shipment was finally forwarded yesterday.

Anyone`s shipment delivered to their NY hub not been updated? One of my packaged was delivered on Saturday. Yet to be updated. Called Divyank today. Was told that they`re having a backlog for items delivered on Friday and Saturday.

Check if sim is active it not.. New sim needs to be verified 1st before you can call... Check sim in other handset.. Razr m is pretty neat device.. No extra settings are needed.. Would appreciate, if someone could help me on this. Got a Droid RAZR M from the US. Tried it with a Brand New Reliance OMH SIM card. Getting signal bars, but unable to call or get data. Am i missing something here? Do i need to contact Reliance to activate the SIM?

Thanks to the above posts, I am currently using the Photon using Reliance R-UIM. However, there is no DATA on the phone. Is that procedure only for voice?

I too need to use R-UIM card on my Photon. How do you add the diagnostic port on QPST configuration? Could someone explain step by step on how to add the R-UIM details on my Photon?
