Try to end this process by Right-clinking on it & select End Process and see what happens? Try one more thing Right-Click on My Computer & selest Manage (Or In Administrative Tools, select Services) , when the window opens, goto services and search for this process "CISVC.EXE", when u find double-click on it and read the information about it, i.e., what this process does and what it stands for?. So that if its un necessary then u can safely disable it.

Go to Add New Hardware wizard and install a Standard 19200 bps Modem, and after installing it add AT+CRM=1;$LGPKT=3 in its Extra Initialization String. And then make a new Dial-up connection and enter phone no. as #777 and ur phone no. as Username & password (Without leading zero). Thats it!

Which OS r u using? If its Win XP, then the problem is normal. Try to repair it using its CD or reinstall it.

Its because u hv not d/l any ringtones either from R-World or any othere source (like 8888 or bitpim, etc). Thats why bitpim is not showing this directory. D/l any rt from R-World and try again, it'll surely show.

It should hv at least Tabbed browsing, Ad-blocking, Improved in-built Download Manager, Translater. Then it can compete with Firefox!
