God forbid, if something happens to that MOD. then who will be responsible ? On the forum, Reputed Sellers too were Newbie at some time. What I meant was new sellers with CASUAL listings..buyers need to be extra careful..e.g. personal pick up.

India has lowest voice tarrif in the world!Further lowering may not be possible in current scenario.But we can expect cheaper wireless data plans in the near future.

I think buyer should be careful while buying from such newbie with casual listings.

The bsnl part is well known.It was even alleged that bsnl allow other operators to use their infra! For the tarrif part- going by the recent trends its easily seen that call rates have increased from 1p/s to 1.5p/s just within a year,so within next 3 yrs it can easily reach 2rs/min.

Not imho,non removable battery and no memory card slot is its biggest drawback.One can still live with the battery part but no memory card!!

Also because of these unstable market conditions along with corruption in India many telecom companies and banks are hesitant to invest in Indian telecom.Someone rightly said this is the first govt which is celebrating its own defeat(i.e. Low auction,which will add up to the fiscal deficit)!

Completely agree, Maintaince cost is almost comparable with petrol cars. I am driving Figo TDCI from last 1.5 years... Below are my servicing cost 1st Rs 1600 2nd Rs 1400 Both servicing includes Oil + Oil Filter change I am also having a Chevy Spark Petrol and normal servicing cost for the same is around Rs.2500-3500 thanks.From your user experience please suggest should I go for figo diesel or vista.

yes,but the price is 1l more in diesel,also people say its maintenance cost is higher.If subsidy is removed on diesel just like lpg the equation might change.Any figo owner plz suggest.
