  7. Yes Mts data offers are gr8 in kolkata,atleast one operator taking it seriously in one circle!r-cdma and tata still ignoring.MTS should stay as their voice offers are also gr8 in other circles also.

  17. Nice observation . This discussion is very informative. Other RIM Gurus, please share ur inputs! If Reliance & Tata used the CDMA technology properly, we - the rare species of CDMA fans - are much ahead of other GSM users. they are not using coz they themselves have gsm service..only Mts is providing 2gbpm in evdo.

  19. @inception thanks!!btw u r so lucky I could never make cc understnand internet in cdma!It seems I must port out of R-cdma now!Total hopeless for internet! Net 50 in prepaid plan now giving 50mb data only in kolkata!Can anyone tell me what is the pulse for deducting data?i.e. if I use 200 kb in a data session what will be the deduction?200kb or 1mb?thanks. customer care doesnt know this plan exist!
  20. working fine in kolkata!getting nice speed in both modem and phone @amitjain: I activated the plan and got netconnect balance of 50,but instead of 1.38hours as mentioned by you it was finished in just 10 minutes.Is it now volume based plan?
