i tried mts 100gb plan with1 year validity 5-6 months back but speed was very poor in my area i was not able to watch 144p youtube video without buffering on my mobile not even in off peak hours. but in other area it was working better i was getting approx 400 kbps connectivity and in my friends native place he claimed 1-2mbps speed 24 hours.

i have used bsnl evdo 7 years back in kolkata and i was happy with its service i was getting around 800 kbps that time which was really good that time. i remember before purchasing i got a demo unit from bsnl for 2 days though i have to pay full value of data card but that was ok. but now they dont provide any demo unit or maybe not in jaipur or maybe because now bsnl evdo available only in prepaid no postpaid. and no 1 use bsnl evdo in my circle so i have no idea is evdo available in my area?? if available then how is the signal quality and net speed so i dont want to spend Rs.2000 just for testing. i visited bsnl office 3-4 times but did not get a solid answer from them.

i am ignoring the update but now its pop up many times a day which is very annoying so want to block OTA service.

A few comments on Moto E 2nd Gen initial setup and removing of all the VzW bloatware. I did remove the VzW SIM card before turning on the Phone. 1) You need WiFi connectivity to sign into a Google account. 2) As soon as the initial setup was done (3 to 4 steps), system updater was ready to download / install the update to 5.1 3) I disconnected the WiFi and didn't click on the notification to update the Android. 4) Turned ON the Developer mode and enabled USB debugging. 5) Installed Moto Device Manager. This installed the USB drivers for Moto E device. 6) Installed the Debloater PC client. 7) Connected Moto E to the computer via micro-USB cable. The computer and the Debloater app detected the device. 8) Disabled (Hide) all the Bloatware from VzW as well as Moto Care packs and Moto OTA update (software download + notification). And that was it. So far so good. The only notification I have seen is No Sim no service from time to time when the WiFi is disabled. Hopefully, the OS won't get accidentally updated to 5.1 which blocks CDMA/EVDO data overseas. Every Time when you restart mobile Goto Appmanager from setting then go to "ALL" then disable MOTOOTA app in case of boost, dont known about verizon, if you are routed than that app can also uninstall Disable option for Motorola OTA is not available in my moto e boost what to do now??

all 3 work if i am not wrong, personally i have seen sprint and boost working.

i am facing weird issue, if my mobile is in idle mode for around 2 hours it automatically turn off even if battery is fully charged but if i use mobile every hours or just unlocked the display every hour mobile working fine i dont know why this happening any clue??

before flashing ruu boot loader should be locked.

actually i just renamed the htcsetup.apk file to bak. and all errors gone.

i tried in a different laptop its a windows 8.1 pro 64bit but RUU no detecting desire 510 even after install drivers, adb, and htc sync manager shared by rafic.

ok will try today. are you sure i am using correct version of ruu?? actually some 1 also advised me to use ruu and according to him file size is approx 550mb but mine is 847mb.

done factory reset in recovery still same error, after showing error 155 on laptop mobile showing 'security error" in fastboot mode. i am on windows 7 ultimate 32bit and Ruu file size is 847mb.

@ankurcshah mobile not fully booting up i cant access menu and apps but i can see battery and tower icons on top and some notifications. i think DM is off, do we need to keep it on while running ruu?? @vahidmomin i already tried in fastboot mode still same error, it also says choose correct version of ruu and i downloaded sprint version only from the link given.

@ ankurcshahyou mean usb port version 2.0 or something else? my laptop model is very old now it does not have any usb 3.0 port but still i tried with other usb port but still result is ZERO, not able to use mobile now cant even make calls.

Then mount select system go back and rename htcsetupwuzard.bak to apk in advanced /file manager/system/app. Reboot system. htcsetupwuzard.apk file was deleted so i just copy pasted from other htc 510 but still not working getting following error " setup has stopped unexpectedly. would you like to send an error report to htc? this will help us improve our products." need urgent help.I am suggesting you flash ruu.Download from below link .it is exe file just connect your phone with pc and run exe file. http://www.htc.com/us/support/rom-downloads.html#sprint not able to flash ruu getting error #155 unknown error tried almost 10 times.

not bought yet if verizon is cheapest and works out of the box then will go for verizon.

no thats not the issue i am reading this thread carefully but was little confused because somewhere in this forum a member said boost works out of the box and verizon needs programing but above varkey confirmed verizon worked out of the box so just wanted to be extra sure.
